1. That the Report entitled “Community Benefits Charge (CBC) Strategy and By-law” and attachments be received for information; 2. That Council approve the CBC Strategy, included as ATT-1, including the capital project listing set out in Chapter 4 of the Strategy, dated December 1, 2023, subject to annual review and approval during the capital budget process; and 3. That the draft Community Benefits Charge By-law, included as ATT-2, be endorsed and forwarded to a future Council meeting for approval.
