That the above authority may only be exercised in the event that Section 275 of the Municipal Act restricts the actions of Ajax Council during the period from August 21, 2026 to November 27, 2026; and 3. That in the first quarter in 2027, the CAO shall report to Council any exercise of this delegated authority.
