That Official Plan Amendment Application OPA20-A1 be approved and that Official Plan Amendment No. 65, as provided in Attachment 1 to this report, be provided to Council for its consideration at a future Council meeting; 2. That Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z1/20 be approved and that the implementing Zoning By-law, as provided in Attachment 2 to this report, be provided to Council for its consideration at a future Council meeting; 3. That Draft Plan of Subdivision Application S-A-2020-01 be approved subject to the conditions of draft approval substantially provided in Attachment 3 to this report; and 4. That the Director of Planning and Development Services or their designate be authorized to grant draft approval of the future Draft Plan of Common Elements Condominium Application that may be required to facilitate the future development of a portion of the subject lands.
