That Office of the CAO staff be directed to work with Town departments to investigate the following placemaking projects: a) ‘Every Child Matters’ street mural; b) Rainbow Crosswalk; and c) Wall Mural in partnership with Signs of Life. 2. That Office of the CAO staff be directed to report back to the September 2021 General Government Committee meeting with information about installation plans for each project, including cost and funding source, location, consultation process, safety and/or accessibility issues, proposed design (if available), and recommended next steps for approval.
