1. That the report entitled “Bill 13 and Bill 109: Planning Process Changes and Town Initiated Official Plan Amendment No. 71” be received for information; 2. That Official Plan Amendment No. 71, included as ATT-1 to this report, be approved, and that the implementing by-law be forwarded to the December 12, 2022, Council meeting for approval; 3. That Council delegate authority to the Director of Planning and Development Services, or their designate, to approve the removal of a holding (H) provision, and the establishment or extension of a temporary use by-law in accordance with the policies of the Official Plan; and, that the Delegation of Authority By-law, included as ATT-2 to this report, be forwarded to the December 12, 2022, Council meeting for approval; 4. That Pre-consultation By-law 51-2019 be repealed and the proposed new Pre- consultation By-law, included as ATT-4 to this report, be forwarded to the December 12, 2022, Council meeting for approval; 5. That the interim amending By-law to the Town of Ajax Fees and Charges By-law No. 54-2022, included as ATT-5 to this report, be forwarded to the December 12, 2022 Council meeting for approval; and 6. That the proposed By-law to amend Council Procedural By-law 34-2022, included as ATT-6 to this report, be forwarded to the December 12, 2022, Council meeting for approval.
