That the 2023 Capital Budget in the amount of $28,670,900 be approved, as amended; General Government Committee: 2023 Operating Budget and 2023 Capital Budget; 2024-2032 Long Range Capital Forecast – February 16, 2023 _________________________________________________________________________________________ 3. That revenue collected from the new Stormwater User Fee in the estimated amount of $2,670,000 be transferred to the Stormwater Maintenance Reserve; 4.
