That the Minutes of the Community Affairs and Planning Committee Meeting held on April 7, 2025, be adopted. In Favour: Regional Councillor Crawford, Councillor Tyler Morin, Regional Councillor Lee, Councillor Henry, Regional Councillor Dies, Councillor Bower Opposed: None Community Affairs and Planning Committee May 5, 2025 ________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. That Official Plan Amendment Application OPA24-A6 be endorsed and that implementing Official Plan Amendment (Number 88), as provided in Attachment 1 to this report, be considered for approval by Council at its meeting of May 20, 2025; 2. That Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z9/24 be endorsed and that the implementing Zoning By-law, as provided in Attachment 2 to this report, be considered for approval by Council at its meeting of May 20, 2025; 3. That Draft Plan of Subdivision Application S-A-2024-01 be approved subject to the conditions of draft approval, substantially provided in Attachment 3 to this report; and Community Affairs and Planning Committee May 5, 2025 ________________________________________________________________________________________________ 4. That the Director of Planning and Development Services or their designate be authorized to grant draft approval of the future Draft Plan of Common Elements Condominium Application that may be required to facilitate the future development of a portion of the subject lands.
