Community Affairs and Planning Committee

That the Minutes of the Community Affairs and Planning Committee Meeting held on October 6, 2025, be adopted. In Favour: Regional Councillor Crawford, Councillor Tyler Morin, Regional Councillor Lee, Councillor Henry, Regional Councillor Dies, Councillor Bower Opposed: None

1. That Official Plan Amendment Application OPA24-A16 be endorsed and that the implementing Official Plan Amendment (Number 84), as provided in Attachment 1 to this report, be considered for approval by Council at its meeting of November 17, 2025; 2. That Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z20/24 be endorsed and that the implementing Zoning By-law, as provided in Attachment 2 to this report, be considered for approval by Council at its meeting of November 17, 2025; 3. That the Director of Planning and Development Services or their designate be authorized to grant draft approval of any future Draft Plan of Condominium Application that may be required to facilitate the future development of the subject lands; and, 4. That Council designate the subject lands as a Class 4 Area under relevant provincial noise guidelines administered by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).
