That Shaun Patrick Young be appointed as Chair of the Compliance Audit Committee for the 2018-2022 term of the Committee.

WHEREAS the Committee has considered the report by the Town Clerk, as well as any delegations and written submissions presented to the Committee with respect to this matter, and has taken into account all of the information provided; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT in light of the circumstances and information provided, the Committee has decided against commencing a legal proceeding against Compliance Audit Committee, June 6, 2019 _________________________________________________________________________________________ James Van Dusen for an apparent contravention for exceeding the individual contribution limit specified in the Municipal Elections Act; AND THAT written reasons shall be prepared by the Committee and provided to the contributor and the Town Clerk following the meeting.
