That the Minutes of the Community Affairs and Planning Committee Meeting held on May 5, 2025, be adopted. In Favour: Regional Councillor Crawford, Councillor Tyler Morin, Regional Councillor Lee, Councillor Henry, Regional Councillor Dies, Councillor Bower Opposed: None
1. That Draft Plan of Subdivision Application S-A-2025-01 be approved subject to the conditions of draft approval, substantially provided in Attachment 1 to this report; and 2. That the Director of Planning and Development Services or their designate be authorized to grant draft approval of any future Draft Plan of Condominium Application that may be required to facilitate the future development of a portion of the subject lands.
