That the Committee receive the January 21, 2020 Nicholas Austin House Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report prepared by Branch Architecture, and; That the Heritage Advisory Committee defer a decision on pursuing a heritage designation for 775 Kingston Road East until the March 4, 2020 Meeting, in order to allow additional time for gathering research and information.
