That staff be authorized to host a virtual Public Open House in early February 2021 and subsequently prepare a Town-initiated Zoning By-Law Amendment for presentation and consideration at a Statutory Public Meeting to be held at the Community Affairs and Planning Committee meeting of April 6, 2021.
