That the June 7, 2023 Meeting Minutes of the Heritage Advisory Committee be approved.

The Ajax HAC recommends that the following be undertaken for the Hicksite-Brown cemetery: • mapping and inventory, • the War Graves Commission be contacted to add the missing War of 1812 commemorative plaques to the appropriate graves • slopes and vegetation on the north, south and east sides of the cemetery be rehabilitated • conservation, preservation of headstones and landscape preservation to be completed (depressions due to sinking graves) • that a company(s) specializing in these heritage services be contracted to perform these services • that such be completed ASAP
